Thanksgiving
We are thankful to be in Fort Worth. We are thankful to have jobs, health, groceries and each other. But we miss our friends and family, especially the Bruce Clan, who are now a 20-hour drive from us. This is what Thanksgiving Dinner for three looks like.
In August 2008, I moved with my family from Cincinnati, Ohio, to Fort Worth. Lloyd works at Dickies. Gwendolen is in first grade at Fort Worth Academy. I work for the Alzheimer's Association-North Central Texas Chapter spearheading an art program for people with dementia.
But we miss our friends and family, especially the Bruce Clan, who are now a 20-hour drive from us. This is what Thanksgiving Dinner for three looks like.

Glad you had a nice T-Day. We canceled it for this year as we were sick. Looks like Gwendolen is helping to make a pumpkin pie - oh what fun.
